UDI purchases third plot in Belgrade

UDI is proud to announce that we have purchased 9.700 sqm plot in Belgrade's Blok 58, across the street from Delta shopping mall. We plan to develop 55.000 sqm mix-use project which will include apartments, business apartments, retail units and garages. The development phase has already begun!

Budapest - Aqua Business Center

Changes in trading on the START market

The Prague Stock Exchange decided to increase the frequency of trading on the START market from the originally monthly frequency to the daily one, based on the demand from investors. Starting on 12 March 2020, trading will take place every weekday as part of regular morning auctions.
