We have received a building permit for its LaViza office project in the center of Budapest. The group wants to invest a total of 100 million euros in the project, which received pre-certification by the environmental system BREEAM at the Excellent level and will be certified WELL Gold in terms of the quality of the indoor environment.
We have obtained a building permit for further construction on the brownfield site of the former Ursus factory in Warsaw, Poland. As part of its Classic Ursus project, it plans to build a total of 960 apartments for around 107 million euros.
We are expanding our activities overseas. After a recent first acquisition in Costa Rica, we have now also bought land in the capital of neighboring Panama. About 30 million Euros we will invest in two high-rise residential projects in Panama City.
This is the most distant overseas investment of Czech development: originating from the Czech developer UDI Group, which plans to build apartment buildings in several Latin American countries. In total, UDI Group wants to invest 125 million euros in Panama, Costa Rica or Colombia in the next four years.
We received location conditions for the industrial park in Šimanovci, which is located on the A3 highway, 10 km from Belgrade in the direction of Zagreb.
