The plot for construction of the residential-commercial complex „Lastavice" in New Belgrade - Block 58, is situated across from the Delta City shopping center.

The project belongs to a series of projects by which UDI will present itself to the Serbian market.

The complex in this attractive location and will have a gross area of ​​about 70,000 sqm and is in the process of preparing technical documentation.

The project envisages the construction of two separate multifunctional buildings, the core of which will be housing with commercial areas on the ground floor and will be built in two phases.

The detailed study of the first phase of the project is currently being developed by architectural offices: Hlaváček & Partner Studio from the Czech Republic and the architectural office ZAP from Serbia.
