Office Center Strakonická is to be two office buildings North and South with retail on the ground floor, which will enrich the services around Smíchovské nádraží. Underground parking is an important component. The rentable area will be approx. 24,000 sqm. the project is now in the design stage.

The OCS project is connected to the neighboring residential project Housing U Císařské louky.
