The property comprises a plot of 330 square meters within proximity of the highway D5 Prague - Pilsen - Rozvadov, approximately 1.2 km from EXIT 100 towards Heřmanova Huť.

The intention is to build a logistics complex with storage halls. Thanks to the planned remodeling of the site, we can reach up to 135,000 sqm of warehouse accommodation, a significant increase from the originally planned 100,000 sqm.

The zoning permit of the 100,000 sqm hall has become final. The zoning decision for another 35,000 sqm of the covered storage area is under negotiation.
