We obtained a zoning decision for the Šimanovci industrial area, which is located directly on the A3 motorway, only 10 km from Belgrade in the direction of Zagreb. Zoning now allows us to construct 60,000 sqm of warehouse accommodation.

On a15 hectare piece of land, our team is now preparing the project documentation of the building permit. At the same time, we are negotiating with the city authorities to connect to the utility networks and complete the outstanding infrastructure.
