The Classic Ursus residential complex offers 960 apartments. UDI Group commenced construction of the complex early in 2021. The CZK 2.5 billion project is located on Dyrekcyjna Street in Warsaw's Ursus district. A complex of apartment buildings with commercial units on the ground floor will be built on the brownfield formerly the site of a tractor factory with an area of ​​30,894 m2. The entrance to the site will be the symbolic reconstructed historic gatehouse of the former Ursus factory. It includes office space, a café and a restaurant.

The complex is based on classic but contemporary interpreted architecture and functionality. The design of this unique housing estate was created by the renowned studio Kuryłowicz & Associates.
