The largest newly completed logistics complex on D1 exit 34 so close to the Czech capital and easily visible and accessible for both heavy vehicles and visitors. The complex is certified by the BREEAM environmental system with the Very Good level. It offers a range of environmental measures, especially those, that save tenants operating costs in the long term. It is the first complex in the Czech Republic to purify part of its rainwater into drinking water, three-quarters of the site's needs are covered by rainwater.
