We are preparing our largest project projection the brownfield site of the former paint factory in old Belgrade, municipality of Palilula. The project is directly adjacent to the park, which the city has already begun to build.

The project will consist of several buildings with residential and office functions. In cooperation with the city, the construction will also include a school, kindergarten, and health center, which will significantly increase comfort and accessibility of services for future residents.

British architect Ian Bogle eventually became the winner of the international architectural competition, where we also invited local architects. In cooperation with him, we completed the concept for the first stage adjacent to the linear park, which has now been taken over by local architects from the ZAP studio and is being elaborated for the zoning decision.
