The SIDE Smíchov Living project was designed by the architectural studio CMC Architects, led by architect David Richard Chisholm. The urban concept is based on open public spaces, a generous amount of greenery, and graduated building heights, allowing a significant number of apartments to enjoy views of the Vltava River and the Vyšehrad.

The complex will offer a diverse mix of mostly smaller and medium-sized apartments, suitable both for investment and living. Retail and service units will be located on the ground floors, supporting vibrant street life and a lively urban environment. The project will also include spaces for community activities and a generous green inner courtyard accessible to residents as well as the surrounding public.
